1. Information

We provide furniture and interiors for a wide range of sectors including residential care homes, dementia homes, nursing homes, mental health and others care areas. Working with owners, managers, and staff we help improve your care home environment and can supply a bespoke package solution.
We stock a large quantity of bedroom furniture items specifically developed for care home environment. Beds and mattresses are all manufactured to contract quality and covered in fabrics flame retardant to source 5 and all water resistant protection.

Bedroom accessories from contemporary mirrors and table lamps to practical overbed tables all of our bedroom accessories are kept in stock and are available for quick delivery.

2. Delivery Address & Access

Please clearly state the full delivery address and advise if there are any restrictions e.g. narrow access to property, restricted parking, no lift (if goods are to go upstairs), restrictions within the property.

3. Invoice Adress

Please give full details of the invoice address if different to your delivery address.

4. Delivery Costs

Furniture

All deliveries up to a 200 mile radius of our depot:
All orders over £500 carriage free.
All orders under £500 incur a £35 carriage charge.

All deliveries over a 200 mile radius of our depot:
All over £800 carriage free.
All orders under £800 incur a £50 carriage charge.

Bedding And Towelling

All orders over £100 carriage free.
All orders under £100 incur an £9.50 carriage charge.

5. Payment

Payment can be made by: Debit / Credit card via PayPal system, also by PayPal account.

Also, you can pay at delivery.

6. Order acknowledgement

All orders are acknowledged via email for you to check. If order acknowledgements are not replied to within 24 hours, advising of any incorrect details, we assume the details shown on the acknowledgement are correct.

If you do not receive an order acknowledgement within 24 hours, please contact our sales team in case we have not received your order.

7. Delivery Date

Delivery of stock items, up to a 200 mile radius, will be completed within 10 working days. Delivery of stock items to areas beyond this radius may take longer, up to 4 weeks maximum. Delivery of non-stock items will be 4 to 8 weeks.

If you have a preferred delivery date, or require items very quickly, please advise when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
